What does BZ Flow cost?
BZ Flow starts at $15/month (Basic), with Pro at $30/month and Pro+ at $45/month. Annual billing saves about 17% versus paying monthly. Every plan includes unlimited users. See the full breakdown on our Pricing page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. BZ Flow, BZ Response, and our other subscription apps include a 14-day free trial. You can start a trial by registering at the BZ Portal — no credit card commitment required to explore the product.
How do I sign up?
Create an account at portal.bztech.org/register, then subscribe to the app you want (BZ Flow, BZ Response, etc.) from your portal dashboard. One account gives you access to the BZ Portal and any apps you subscribe to.
Do you offer bilingual (English/Spanish) support?
Yes. BZ Flow supports bilingual English/Spanish customer messaging so you can invoice and communicate with customers in the language they prefer.
What does website and email hosting cost?
Website hosting starts at $10/month with a free SSL certificate, domain management, and uptime monitoring. Professional email hosting is $4.95 per mailbox/month. The Business Starter Bundle combines both for $18/month.
Can I cancel or change plans at any time?
Yes, subscriptions are managed from your BZ Portal dashboard and can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time. Contact sales@bztech.org if you need help choosing the right plan.
