Why We Built BZ Flow as a Chat-First Micro-ERP

Most small business operators don’t want to navigate five sub-menus on a job site to send an invoice — they want instant execution. That’s the problem BZ Flow was built to solve.

BZ Flow is a chat-first Micro-ERP: instead of a dashboard you have to learn, you send a text message like "Invoice Bob $150 for the fence repair" and BZ Flow extracts the structured invoice data, generates a payment link, and sends the invoice — in English or Spanish.

It runs on a three-tier architecture (Proxmox VE virtualization, Debian 12 Linux, Next.js frontends, Express APIs, MariaDB, and local Ollama AI model runners) with per-tenant database isolation, so every business’s data stays separate even though the platform is shared infrastructure.

BZ Flow launched in Texas on March 17, 2026 with bilingual English/Spanish invoicing, followed by an India market launch on June 1, 2026 with Hindi bilingual invoicing and WhatsApp-first workflows. See our full press release and fact sheet on the Media & Press page.
